       The length and width of the enclosure
       The height of the enclosure
       A [site plan] or [survey] that has the location of the enclosure drawn on it
       Plans, designs or brochure pictures of the enclosure.
       What materials the enclosure will be made of
 

Double check the following:

       The enclosure must be outside of any side or rear [setbacks]
       The enclosure must be outside of any [utility easements]
